Purpose:

To promote individual and community health by providing and coordinating health services to the community.

Services:

§         Health Visiting: Promotes individual and community health by providing and coordinating health services for families, including home visits to new mothers and the elderly.  Provides health education and counselling to patients/clients, their caregivers and the general public

§         Community Health Nursing: Provides primary care nursing in the home and arranges for other support services for patients, care-givers and the general public

§         Personal Care Service: Provides personal care to the elderly and the physically challenged in their homes. Work closely with Health Visitors and Community Health Nurses

Hours of operation:

8:30 am – 4:45 pm, Monday to Friday
