Purpose:

To provide seniors with preventive health services to promote healthy choices and lifestyles. 

Services:

Basic screenings, health education and promotion, immunizations, nutrition assessment and counselling, and functional assessments.

Hours of operation: 

St. George’s:           1^st Tuesday of the month, 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Victoria St.:            2^nd Wednesday of the month, 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Somerset:              3^rd Tuesday of the month, 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Victoria St.:            4^th Wednesday of the month, 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm
